What siting restrictions are there?
Ultimately your local council should be able to advise. Your frame can be sited anywhere that is your property or you have permission to do so. As a moveable tempory sign and as long as it is not a hazard or an obstruction, many retails use them for promotion.

How long will my posters last?
Sunlight will always cause ink pigments to fade. Expect a year in normal UK conditions and in practice this is more than adequate. The cost effectiveness of your poster advertising should allow regular changes to attract custom.
