Affordable Posters Terms & Conditions
Ordering:
Ordering products constitutes a legally binding contract, subject to UK law. We will not operate in any way which affects your statutory rights.
Vat:
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Current rate 15%.
Payment:
All payment is in advance.
Carriage:
Orders will be dispatched as agreed and are approximate only, subject to variation outside our control, of which you will be advised as soon as possible. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday and prices are for UK mainland. Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost of £50. All courier deliveries should be signed for as "Unchecked".
A receipt signature is required, so any prefered delivery date and address should be advised. If you notice any damage we need to be notified within 24 hours in order to process any claim. Any requests for re-imbursement after this time cannot be entertained due to our courier's claims policy. If in doubt please do not take delivery as returns are at the customers expense.
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands: Delivery is an additional £40.
Rental:
Customers will be responsible for the frames in their care, insure and pay for the return to Affordable Posters in good condition. Damaged frames will be charged at the current new replacement price.
Privacy Policy:
We will not divulge customer personal details unless required by law to do so. We will not sell contact details to third parties. Any and all information given to us is treated as confidential.
